"We had the pleasure of working with Tim to sell our home in Old Town. With knowledge of the area Tim was able to guide us in successfully pricing, listing and selling our home!" - Mark G.
Purchasing or selling a home is one of the most important financial decisions that an individual makes in their life, and I don’t take this factor lightly. Having been a forest fire fighter for 11 years before entering a career in real estate, I understand the value of hard work to earn my wages. 16 hour shifts for 14 days straight, sleeping on the ground after strenuous physical and mental work was my “normal” for more than a decade.
I take pride in being an honest and authentic Realtor that always looks out for the interest of others before my own. I ask questions, listen attentively, and value communication as an important part in the home buying and selling process. Serving others has always been my passion; whether I was keeping crewmembers safe on a fire, or helping a client purchase or sell their home.
I’ve lived in Old Town Fort Collins for multiple years and know this part of town intimately. I first lived in old town as a student earning a degree in Forestry from CSU, and more recently as a husband, father, and homeowner. I frequently walk the neighborhoods and study the old town market by viewing as many homes as possible and closely following sales statistics in the individual neighborhoods.
I have a creative personality and thoroughly enjoy woodworking, custom stained glass, beer brewing, and cooking. I play and teach bagpipes to a small contingent of local firefighters and have competed professionally with bagpipe bands in the past. I am also a lifelong soccer fan and player and regularly wake up early on the weekends to root for my London based team Arsenal.
